A 7-day series of pure bodyweight workouts that will help you build mind-body connection and challenge your strength and overall endurance! These classes will leave you feeling more alive and connected to your body without using a single piece of equipment. This series is absolutely perfect for travel and for anytime you are craving an empowering and intense workout!

This series runs from September 5-11! The classes are between 20-30 minutes and a mix of barre, flow and some cardio sprinkled in⚡️At the end of the week, you will wrap things up with a recovery barre flow. You can refer to the calendar intentionally crafted for this series! You can also take each day as it comes, mix and match classes to whatever suits you and your schedule!

My method combines high-intensity rhythmic movements (we move to the music, baby) with low-impact exercises that help you stay strong, present, and confident. Can’t wait to move together!

Hiii so happy you’re here! I’m Zhei (pronounced like Shay) and I’m a certified barre instructor and your guide! My love for movement started at a young age when I began dancing and exploring different sports. For me, movement is a powerful tool to connect with my body, mind and heart🤍

I describe my style as energetic, empowering, with dynamic movements, intentional sequences, and killer playlists. I believe that movement is more about feeling good and less about looking good.

My goal is to inspire and uplift you to have the courage to show up as your authentic self, and come as you are today!!!
